Overview

Connect your Google Calendar and Trale sees your upcoming meetings, then sends its notetaker to join the ones with a meeting link. It reads the event title, time, attendees, and meeting URL so the bot shows up to the right call and the right people are recognized. Trale reads your calendar to schedule recordings and does not change your events.

What you can do with Google Calendar

• Join meetings automatically. Trale reads upcoming events and sends its notetaker to calls with a Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams link.

• Know who is in the room. Attendee names and emails come from the event, so participants are matched and notes land in the right place.

• Keep up with changes. When a meeting moves or is cancelled, Trale updates or pulls the scheduled recording to match.

• Read-only on your calendar. Trale uses your calendar to schedule recordings and never edits or creates events.
